Source was formed in 2003 in response to the following market conditions:

*       Both members previously worked in companies that were active in the agriculture and small business financing markets.

*       The core of the business is the sequal database with interactive web capabilities. Clients can interrogate data via the web.

Short Biographies

Chairman

Reinhardt Siegruhn was the founder of the original operating company. He has had experience in the financing arena with his own firm, Siegruhn Consulting, from 1999 to 2002.  This company was sold to Dux Solutions in 2002.  Mr.  Siegruhn has held a Managing Director’s position with Trans National Consultants, and a Directors position with Dux Solutions.  In 2006, Mr. Siegruhn purchased the company.  Mr.  Siegruhn graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a B.Com in 1994, an Honors Business Administration in 2001, and an MBA in 2002. Mr. Siegruhn is employed by Source on a full-time basis.

Chief Executive Officer

Salwa Petersen joined the company in 2006.   She served as Economic Development Manager of Casidra (Pty) Ltd from 2001 to 2006.  Mrs. Petersen worked as a network engineer and data controller before joining Casidra.  Mrs. Petersen graduated from the University of South Africa in 1984 with a B.SC in information systems, holds an MCSE and CNE computer network qualification, and graduated a Masters degree in Commerce in 2003, focusing on strategic management.   Mrs. Petersen is employed by the Company on a full-time basis.

Salwa Petersen, Chief Executive Officer - Responsible for entire operation.  Oversees the management function and all staff.  

Reinhardt Siegruhn, Chairperson - Responsible for financial operations, interaction with auditors, investor relations.

Carmen Williams - Office Manager - Responsible for the smooth running of our office.
